Peace and Prana

Gentle, inclusive yoga to support your body — exactly as it is. I offer inclusive, accessible yoga rooted in kindness and real-life experience. With over 600 hours of training in India, my teaching blends traditional yoga with a gentle, therapeutic approach — supporting both body and mind without pressure or expectation. My classes are designed to support real bodies, including those navigating injury, recovery, long-term health conditions, or simply needing space to slow down and reconnect.

Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga is a playful, accessible practice that blends intentional laughter with deep pranayama breathing to create powerful physiological and emotional benefits. Developed in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, it bypasses the need for humour and instead triggers a natural “joy cocktail” of endorphins and reduced cortisol. This simple group practice supports cardiovascular health, lowers stress, and strengthens social connection. With no equipment needed, it invites anyone to trust the process, get involved, and discover a lighter, more resilient state of being.
