Tao of Ox
Hi, I’m Seersha, founder of Tao of Ox. 16 years ago I learned Mindfulness to help with my own mental health problems which ignited my passion for teaching, I trained as a Mindfulness facilitator in 2010 and since then have added to my tool box Qigong and Tai Chi. More recently I’ve completed training in Trauma Informed Practice, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectal Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy through my role working for a mental health NHS trust. With this my focus is on healing body and mind utilising all the tools I have gained to help you heal.

Moonbeam Yoga
Hi, I’m Rachel, founder of MoonBeam. After years of practice, I trained with the Himalayan Yoga Institute to share tools for balance in our busy world. MoonBeam is a welcoming community space for everyone to breathe and belong. Our Raja Yoga classes focus on physical postures and breathing to build strength and calm the mind, prioritizing self-connection over performance. We welcome all ages and abilities exactly as you are - join us for a pressure-free space to reconnect.
Alice Freeflow
Intuitive Movement
I’m Alice, a holistic therapist, massage practitioner, women’s circle facilitator, and intuitive dance instructor. I guide Kundadance, Chakradance, and intuitive movement meditation to help you reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. My sessions blend breath, rhythm and free-form dance to release tension, awaken energy, and restore balance. All bodies and levels welcome. Come as you are and move how you need.

Peace and Prana
Gentle, inclusive yoga to support your body — exactly as it is. I offer inclusive, accessible yoga rooted in kindness and real-life experience. With over 600 hours of training in India, my teaching blends traditional yoga with a gentle, therapeutic approach — supporting both body and mind without pressure or expectation. My classes are designed to support real bodies, including those navigating injury, recovery, long-term health conditions, or simply needing space to slow down and reconnect.

Laughter Yoga
Laughter yoga is a playful, accessible practice that blends intentional laughter with deep pranayama breathing to create powerful physiological and emotional benefits. Developed in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, it bypasses the need for humour and instead triggers a natural “joy cocktail” of endorphins and reduced cortisol. This simple group practice supports cardiovascular health, lowers stress, and strengthens social connection. With no equipment needed, it invites anyone to trust the process, get involved, and discover a lighter, more resilient state of being.
